Application effect of high quality nursing based on evidence-based medicine in endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing based on evidence-based medicine in endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 126 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated by endoscopy from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. All patients underwent endoscopic titanium clip hemostasis, the control group received routine nursing, and the study group carried out high quality nursing based on evidence-based medicine on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The immediate hemostasis rate and total effective rate of hemostasis in the study group were higher than those in the control group, rebleeding rate after 72 h and surgical reoperation rate were lower than those in the control group, and the blood transfusion volume was less than that in the control group, and the recovery time of digestive tract function and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge, the platelet count(PLT),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB)levels,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI)scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the urea nitrogen(BUN)level and Blatchford Risk Score(BRS)score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing based on evidence-based medicine applied in endoscopic treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding is helpful to increase the hemostatic effect, improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, and has positive significance for promoting postoperative recovery and improving prognosis.
