Effect of cluster catheter nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with gastric tube after stroke
Objective To explore the effect of cluster catheter nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on patients with gastric tube after stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric tube after stroke admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(45 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(45 cases,cluster catheter nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological,physiological and social adaptability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster catheter nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can improve the psychological state of patients with gastric tube after stroke,reduce the uncertainty of disease,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
