Effects of cluster airway nursing combined with mindfulness music intervention on respiratory status and pain response in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after operation
Objective To investigate the effects of cluster airway nursing combined with mindfulness music intervention on respiratory status and pain response in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after operation. Methods A total of 120 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cluster airway nursing combined with mindfulness music intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the expiratory airway resistance and inspiratory airway resistance in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the pulmonary dynamic compliance was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 h,1 d,2 d and 3 d after operation, the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 21.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster airway nursing combined with mindfulness music intervention can not only improve the respiratory status of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax after operation, relieve pain response, but also reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
