Effects of nursing outcome-oriented multidisciplinary team model on recovery and psychological state of patients with proximal gastric cancer after operation
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing outcome-oriented multidisciplinary team(MDT)model in patients with proximal gastric cancer after operation. Methods A total of 91 patients with proximal gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(46 cases)according to different filing time. The control group was given routine nursing intervention after operation, and the study group was given nursing outcome-oriented MDT model intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The exhaust time, eating time, ambulation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 and 7 d of intervention, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of intervention, the score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention, the score of 24-Item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC QLQ-C30)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing outcome-oriented MDT mode applied in postoperative nursing of patients with proximal gastric cancer can relieve postoperative pain, improve comfort, reduce adverse psychological state and cancer-related fatigue, thus shortening the recovery process and improving the quality of life.
