Objective To investigate the effects of a health guidance nursing on stigma and self-efficacy in patients with viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with viral hepatitis admitted in our hospital from September 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given health guidance nursing on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance behavior of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the Chronic Disease Self-Efficacy Scale(CDSES)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Social Impact Scale(SIS)scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health guidance nursing applied in patients with viral hepatitis has a significant effect,which helps to improve self-efficacy and self-care ability,reduce stigma,maintain good compliance behavior,and elevate nursing satisfaction.
