Effects of cluster strategy based on evidence-based theory combined with empathy nursing on psychological stress and quality of life in patients with vaginitis during pregnancy
Objective To explore the effects of cluster strategy based on evidence-based theory combined with empathy nursing on psychological stress and quality of life in patients with vaginitis during pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 patients with vaginitis during pregnancy admitted from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given cluster strategy based on evidence-based theory combined with empathy nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The anxiety, depression, stress perception, disease control effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 1 month of intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster strategy based on evidence-based theory combined with empathy nursing can not only reduce the psychological stress of patients with vaginitis during pregnancy, but also improve their cognition of the disease, effectively enhance the effect of disease control, and thus improve the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
