Preventive effects of intraoperative predictive nursing combined with stratified nursing based on CAM-CR on intraoperative adverse events and postoperative delirium in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of intraoperative predictive nursing combined with stratified nursing based on Confusion Assessment Method-Chinese Reversion(CAM-CR)in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.Methods Sixty elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery admitted in our hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,intraoperative predictive nursing combined with stratified nursing based on CAM-CR on the basis of routine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of intraoperative adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the CAM-CR score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intraoperative predictive nursing combined with stratified nursing based on CAM-CR in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery has a significant application effect,which can reduce intraoperative adverse events,improve delirium,elevate psychological resilience and satisfaction,and shorten hospitalization time.
