摘要
纤维蛋白原样蛋白 1(FGL1)是纤维蛋白原家族中的一员,现阶段许多研究表明FGL1 与肝细胞癌(HCC)的发生密切相关,其有望成为HCC新的免疫治疗靶点.然而对FGL1 的研究成果还不能完全揭示其在HCC发生发展过程中的作用.本文综述了FGL1 在HCC中的研究进展,以期为FGL1 与HCC相关性的详细机制进一步解析.
Abstract
Fibrinogen-like protein 1(FGL1)is a member of the fibrinogen family,at present,many studies have shown that FGL1 is closely related to the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and it is expected to become a new immunotherapy target for HCC.However,the research results of FGL1 have not fully reveal its role in the occurrence and development of HCC.This paper reviews the research progress of FGL1 in HCC,in order to further analyze the detailed mechanism of the correlation between FGL1 and HCC.
