中医运动疗法对肺癌患者肺功能、运动耐量及生活质量干预效果的Meta分析

摘要
目的 通过Meta分析评价中医运动疗法对肺癌患者肺功能、运动耐量及生活质量的影响.方法 通过计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库,检索时间均为建库至2023年4月8日.按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取数据,使用RevMan5.4.1软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入 11 篇文献,共 751 例肺癌患者.Meta分析结果显示,八段锦组的第 1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、生活质量高于对照组,6 分钟步行距离(6MWD)长于对照组(P<0.05).六字诀组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中医运动疗法能够整体改善肺癌患者的肺功能、运动耐量及生活质量,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy on lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life in lung cancer patients through Meta-analysis.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases were searched by computer.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to April 8,2023.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the data were extracted.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.4.1 software.Results A total of 11 articles were included,with a total of 751 patients with lung cancer.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and quality of life in the Baduanjin group were higher than those in the control group,and the six minutes walking distance(6MWD)was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and quality of life in the Liuzijue group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy can improve the lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with lung cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
