Meta-analysis of the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy on lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life in patients with lung cancer
Objective To evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy on lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life in lung cancer patients through Meta-analysis.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases were searched by computer.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to April 8,2023.The literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the data were extracted.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.4.1 software.Results A total of 11 articles were included,with a total of 751 patients with lung cancer.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and quality of life in the Baduanjin group were higher than those in the control group,and the six minutes walking distance(6MWD)was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and quality of life in the Liuzijue group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine exercise therapy can improve the lung function,exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with lung cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
