Effect of live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsules combined with atorvastatin calcium and Zhibitai in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia and its influences on intestinal flora and endothelial function
Objective To explore the effect of live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsules combined with atorvastatin calcium and Zhibitai in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium combined with Zhibitai,and the study group was treated with live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the study group were more than those in the control group,and the number of Escherichiacoli and Enterococcusfaecalis were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]and apolipoprotein B100(ApoB100)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus capsules combined with atorvastatin calcium and Zhibitai has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with hyperlipidemia,which can regulate intestinal flora,improve endothelial function,lipid metabolism disorder and IMT.
