Effect of neuromuscular proprioception promotion technology trunk mode training combined with task-oriented rehabilitation training on the recovery period after stroke and its influence on peripheral nerve electrophysiology
Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular proprioception promotion technology trunk mode training combined with task-oriented rehabilitation training on the recovery period after stroke and its influence on peripheral nerve electrophysiology. Methods From October 2020 to October 2022,90 patients with recovery period after stroke in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, and the observation group was treated with neuromuscular proprioception promotion technology trunk mode training combined with task-oriented rehabilitation training. The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the upper and lower limb function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Trunk Control Test(TCT),Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV)of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The neuromuscular proprioception promotion technology trunk mode training combined with task-oriented rehabilitation training is helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients in the recovery period after stroke.
