Application effect of HIPEC,PRAC combined with laparoscopic surgery in advanced colorectal cancer and its influences on serum tumor markers levels
Objective To analyze the application effect of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy(HIPEC),preoperative regional intra-aterial chemotherapy(PRAC)combined with laparoscopic surgery in advanced colorectal cancer and its influences on serum tumor markers levels. Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the parity of numbers, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery, the control group was treated with PRAC,and the observation group was treated with HIPEC on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, there were no significant differences in CD4+,CD8+,CD4+CD25+,CD4+/CD8+and natural killer(NK)cells between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion HIPEC,PRAC combined with laparoscopic surgery can improve the treatment effect of patients with advanced colorectal cancer, reduce the levels of serum tumor markers, improve the prognosis, and has ideal safety.
