Efficacy and safety of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 80 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted from September 2022 to August 2023 were included as study objects and divided into control group(n=40,budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation therapy)and study group(n=40,ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation therapy)according to different treatment regimens.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-33(IL-33)and osteopontin(OPN)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of protein phosphatase 1A(PPM1A)and paraoxonase 1(PON1)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),lung compliance,peak expiratory flow(PEF)and peak volume ratio of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children has a significant effect,it is beneficial to promote the recovery of lung function in children,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
