Diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram for myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram for myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 90 patients who received relevant examinations and were diagnosed with coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by balanced sequential method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine electrocardiogram examination, and the observation group received dynamic electrocardiogram examination. The examination results of the two groups were compared. Results The positive rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia and the detection rate of ST segment elevation and depression in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection of different types of arrhythmia between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rates of paired atrial premature beats, bigeminy and trigeminy of atrial premature beats and paired ventricular premature beats, bigeminy and trigeminy of ventricular premature beats in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ultra low frequency(ULF),high frequency power(HF),low frequency power(LF)and very low frequency power(VLF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dynamic electrocardiogram has high diagnostic value in myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.
