"引气归元健脾胃"针法治疗脾虚湿阻证单纯性肥胖的效果

摘要
目的 研究"引气归元健脾胃"针法治疗脾虚湿阻证单纯性肥胖的效果及对胰岛素抵抗的影响.方法 选取2021年 10月至2022年11月我院收治的80例脾虚湿阻证单纯性肥胖患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40).对照组采用盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用"引气归元健脾胃"针法治疗.比较两组的临床疗效、临床指标、中医证候积分、血糖指标、炎症因子及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比、脂肪含量及中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 "引气归元健脾胃"针法治疗脾虚湿阻证单纯性肥胖患者的效果显著,可增强体重减轻效果,改善血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗,减轻炎症反应,安全性高.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of"invigorating spleen and stomach via leading Qi to its orign"acupuncture method in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome and its influence on insulin resistance.Methods A total of 80 patients with simple obesity with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with"invigorating spleen and stomach via leading Qi to its orign"acupuncture method.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,TCM syndrome scores,blood glucose indicators,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio,fat content and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),interleukin-6(IL-6)and homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The"invigorating spleen and stomach via leading Qi to its orign"acupuncture method has a significant effect on the treatment of simple obesity patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome,which can enhance the effect of weight loss,improve blood glucose level and insulin resistance,reduce inflammation,and has high safety.
