Effect of acupoint massage combined with budesonide+terbutaline atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage combined with budesonide+terbutaline atomization inhalation in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma and its influence on the levels of inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 64 children with bronchial asthma admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into group A(32 cases,budesonide+terbutaline atomization inhalation treatment)and group B(32 cases,acupoint massage on the basis of the group A)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of wheezing,dyspnea,cough and lung moist rales in the two groups decreased,and those in the group B were lower than the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the Childhood Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)score,percentage of predicted value of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1%)and percentage of predicted value of peak expiratory flow(PEF%)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the C-ACT score,FEV1%and PEF%in the group B were higher than those in the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the eosinophilic(EOS)count and the levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE)and neurotrophin-3(NT-3)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the EOS count and the levels of IgE and NT-3 in the group B were lower than those in the group A(P<0.05).Follow up for 6 months,there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate of asthma between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with budesonide+terbutaline atomization inhalation is effective in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,it can improve clinical symptoms and lung function and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.It is worthy of chinical promotion and application.
