Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Jin's three-needle acupuncture in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia during convalescence
Objective To analyze the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Jin's three-needle acupuncture in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia during convalescence.Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into routine group and acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was given routine rehabilitation exercise guidance,and the acupuncture group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Jin's three-needle acupuncture on the basis of the routine group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and basilar artery(BA)in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)and Barthel Index(BI)in the acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S-100B protein were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with Jin's three-needle acupuncture can achieve ideal effect in the treatment of stroke patients with hemiplegia during convalescence,which can quickly improve the blood perfusion of hemiplegic brain tissue,restore limb function and elevate daily living ability.
