Effect of carboprost tromethamine injection combined with low B-Lynch suture in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa and its influence on uterine involution
Objective To analyze the effect of carboprost tromethamine injection combined with low B-Lynch suture in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa and its influence on uterine involution.Methods A total of 62 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into conventional group(31 cases,oxytocin injection+low B-Lynch suture)and observation group(31 cases,carboprost tromethamine injection+low B-Lynch suture)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 h after operation was less than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,5 and 7 d after operation,the fundus height of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 30 and 45 d after operation,the uterine volume of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine injection combined with low B-Lynch suture in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa can shorten the recovery time,regulate the uterine hemodynamic parameters,promote uterine involution,and achieve the ideal therapeutic effect.
