摘要
目的 探究携带心脏起搏器患者接受放射治疗的安全护理管理流程模式.方法 收集 2020 年 1 月至2023 年 5 月 5 例携带心脏起搏器的肿瘤患者,接受放射治疗期间的临床管理流程资料.结果 实施安全护理管理流程的5例患者顺利完成放疗,治疗后随访6 个月,起搏器均正常工作.结论 携带心脏起搏器的肿瘤患者在接受放射治疗过程中给予安全护理管理流程具有重要作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the safety nursing management process model of patients with cardiac pacemaker undergoing radiotherapy.Methods The clinical management process data of 5 tumor patients with cardiac pacemaker from January 2020 to May 2023 were collected during radiotherapy.Results The 5 patients who implemented the safety nursing management process successfully completed radiotherapy.After 6 months of followed up,the pacemakers worked normally.Conclusion The safety nursing management process plays an important role in the process of radiotherapy for tumor patients with cardiac pacemaker.
