Application effect of damage control theory nursing in emergency treatment of patients with abdominal trauma and its influence on coagulation function
Objective To explore the application effect of damage control theory nursing in emergency treatment of patients with abdominal trauma. Methods A total of 150 patients with emergency abdominal trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into group A and group B,with 75 cases in each group. The group A was given routine emergency nursing, and the group B was given damage control theory nursing on the basis of the group A.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After emergency nursing, the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the group B were shorter than those in the group A(P<0.05).After emergency nursing, the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)and Injury Severity Score(ISS)scores of the group B were lower than those of the group A(P<0.05).The postoperative first anal exhaust time, first defecation time and recovery eating time of the group B were shorter than those of the group A,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Damage control theory nursing can improve the coagulation function and physiological status of patients with emergency abdominal trauma, reduce the degree of trauma, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
