Application value of nursing strategy based on evidence-based concept combined with information-motivation-behavior model in patients after laparoscopic myomectomy
Objective To analyze the application value of nursing strategy based on evidence-based concept combined with information-motivation-behavior model in patients after laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy from September 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing strategy based on evidence-based concept combined with information-motivation-behavior model intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Fear Visual Analogue Scale(FAVS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing strategy based on evidence-based concept combined with information-motivation-behavior model can not only regulate the psychological state of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy, but also effectively improve self-care ability,so as to improve the quality of life after operation, which is worthy of promotion.
