中文摘要：目的探讨中医情志顺势护理干预结合子午流注穴位按摩在脑卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年8月收治的82例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，各41例。对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上实施中医情志顺势护理干预结合子午流注穴位按摩。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后，观察组的心理韧性量表中文版(CD-RISC)各维度评分均高于对照组(P＜0。05)。观察组的康复训练配合度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。干预后，观察组的简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)上肢、下肢与Barthel指数(BI)评分均高于对照组(P＜0。05)。结论中医情志顺势护理干预与子午流注穴位按摩联合用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者中可提高其心理弹性与康复训练配合度，也能促进肢体功能与日常生活活动能力恢复，值得推广。

外文摘要：Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation cooperation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)upper limb,lower limb and Barthel Index(BI)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage in patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve their psychological resilience and cooperation for rehabilitation exercise,and can also promote the recovery of limb function and activities of daily living,which is worthy of promotion.
