Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 82 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rehabilitation cooperation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)upper limb,lower limb and Barthel Index(BI)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine emotional homeopathic nursing intervention combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage in patients with hemiplegia after stroke can improve their psychological resilience and cooperation for rehabilitation exercise,and can also promote the recovery of limb function and activities of daily living,which is worthy of promotion.
