Effect of rehabilitation training based on time nursing framework combined with empathy nursing on disease uncertainty of patients with craniocerebral trauma after operation
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training based on time nursing framework combined with empathy nursing on disease uncertainty of patients with craniocerebral trauma after operation. Methods A total of 150 patients with craniocerebral trauma who were admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation training based on time nursing framework combined with empathy nursing on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the MBI score and self-efficacy score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training based on time nursing framework combined with empathy nursing in the nursing of patients with craniocerebral trauma after operation can improve the uncertainty of disease, promote the recovery of limb function, and improve daily living skills and self-efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
