Analysis of influencing factors of complications in patients after flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of complications in patients after flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL).Methods The clinical data of 278 patients with renal calculi treated with FURL were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into complication group and non-complication group according to whether postoperative complications occurred.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of complications in patients after FURL.Results After FURL,51 cases had complications and 227 cases had no complications.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in diabetes,ureteral stricture,stone diameter,preoperative urine culture and operation time between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes,ureteral stricture,stone diameter,preoperative urine culture and operation time were influencing factors of complications after FURL(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes,ureteral stricture,stone diameter≥2 cm,positive preoperative urine culture and operation time≥90 min are independent influencing factors for complications after FURL,and clinicians should attach great importance to the above factors and take reasonable preventive measures to reduce postoperative complications.
