Application effect of standardized management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage
Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in remission stage. Methods From June 2019 to May 2020,120 patients who were clearly diagnosed as COPD in remission stage in Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital and joined the"COPD home"were selected as the research objects. The subjects were given standardized management on the basis of routine treatment, including lung rehabilitation guidance, inhalation device operation training, influenza, pneumonia vaccine supervision, health education and so on.Results At 6 months and 1 year after management, the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Test(CAT)score,6-min walking test(6MWT)distance,forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and percentage of predicted forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1%pred)of patients were significantly better than those before management(P<0.05).Within 1 year after management, the number of patients with acute exacerbations was less than that within 1 year before management, and the rate of re-hospitalization due to acute exacerbation of COPD was significantly lower than that within 1 year before management(P<0.01).At 6 months and 1 year after management, the correct rate of inhalation device use was higher than that before management(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management can significantly improve the lung function of patients with COPD in remission stage, promote disease recovery, and reduced the number of hospitalizations.
