Application effect of closed incision negative pressure suction system in preventing poor healing of abdominal incision
Objective To observe the application effect of closed incision negative pressure suction system in preventing poor healing of abdominal incision. Methods A total of 180 patients after abdominal incision admitted in our hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(105 cases, traditional dressing change after 72 h of treatment with closed incision negative pressure suction system)and control group(75 cases, traditional dressing change method)according to their willingness to receive closed incision negative pressure treatment. The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incision drainage volume at 1 d after operation in the observation group was larger than that in the control group, and the incision-related cost was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The grade A healing rate of incision of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of fat liquefaction, incision infection and incision dehiscence were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of pulmonary infection, intestinal obstruction and deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The closed incision negative pressure suction system in preventing poor healing of abdominal incision has remarkable application effect.
