目的 探讨生物可吸收板对下颌骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者固定应力及位移情况的影响。方法 选取2019年 8月至2022年8月我院收治的90例下颌骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 45 例。对照组予以微型钛板固定,观察组予以生物可吸收板固定。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组下颌骨、整体及固定板的最大应力值和最大位移值优于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组的咬合关系优于对照组(P<0。05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0。05)。术后,观察组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 生物可吸收板固定可提高下颌骨骨折切开复位内固定术患者的治疗效果,改善固定应力及位移情况,提高骨折稳定性,减少并发症发生,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。
Effect of bioabsorbable plate on fixation stress and displacement in patients with open reduction and internal fixation of mandibular fracture
Objective To explore the effect of bioabsorbable plate on fixation stress and displacement in patients with open reduction and internal fixation of mandibular fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with mandibular fracture treated by open reduction and internal fixation in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with micro titanium plate,and the observation group was fixed with bioabsorbable plate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The maximum stress value and maximum displacement value of the mandible,the whole and the fixed plate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The occlusal relationship of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioabsorbable plate fixation can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with open reduction and internal fixation of mandibular fracture,improve the fixation stress and displacement,enhance the stability of fracture,reduce the occurrence of complications and alleviate the inflammatory response,which is worthy of promotion.
