Effects of GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery on clinical related indexes,serum CA125 level and ovarian function in patients with adenomyosis
Objective To explore the effects of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)combined with laparoscopic surgery on clinical related indexes,serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)level and ovarian function in patients with adenomyosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with adenomyosis admitted from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment options,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases,laparoscopic surgery)and observation group(40 cases,GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,menstrual period and menstrual volume of the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the uterine volume and CA125 level of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).One year after operation,the recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery can improve the clinical symptoms,signs and ovarian function of patients with adenomyosis,regulate the level of CA125,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
