目的 分析结合口内数字化印模技术制作的全解剖式多层氧化锆全冠与 3D打印氧化锆饰瓷冠在上颌单颗前牙修复中的效果。方法 选取2020 年7月至2022 年7 月我院收治的56例上颌单颗前牙修复患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法差异将其分为Ⅰ组(28 例,结合口内数字化印模技术制作的全解剖式多层氧化锆全冠治疗)和Ⅱ组(28 例,结合口内数字化印模技术制作的3D打印氧化锆饰瓷冠治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 两组的修复总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。治疗后,Ⅰ组的咀嚼功能低于Ⅱ组,牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)评分高于Ⅱ组,探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)长于Ⅱ组(P<0。05)。治疗后,Ⅰ组的蝶鞍中心点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(SNB)、蝶鞍中心点-鼻根点-上齿槽座点角(SNA)、上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(ANB)大于Ⅱ组(P<0。05)。Ⅰ组的白色美学指数(WES)、红色美学指数(PES)评分高于Ⅱ组,不良事件总发生率低于Ⅱ组(P<0。05)。结论 结合口内数字化印模技术制作的全解剖式多层氧化锆全冠与3D打印氧化锆饰瓷冠在上颌单颗前牙修复中均可取得理想疗效,但前者较后者能有效保障患者预后,而后者较前者具有更高修复体美观度。
Effects of total anatomical multi-layer zirconia crown and 3D printed zirconia ceramic crown based on intraoral digital impression technology in the restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth
Objective To analyze the effects of total anatomical multi-layer zirconia crown and 3D printed zirconia ceramic crown based on intraoral digital impression technology in the restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth.Methods A total of 56 patients with restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth admitted in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of treatment methods,the patients were divided into group Ⅰ(28 cases,total anatomical multi-layer zirconia crown treatment based on intraoral digital impression technology)and groupⅡ(28 cases,3D printed zirconia ceramic crown treatment based on intraoral digital impression technology).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of restoration between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the chewing function of the groupⅠ was lower than that of the group Ⅱ,the scores of gingival index(GI)and plaque index(PLI)were higher than those of the groupⅡ,the probing depth(PD)and attachment loss(AL)were longer than those of the group Ⅱ(P<0.05).After treatment,the angle of sella-nasion-supramental(SNB),angle of sella-nasion-subsipmale(SNA)and angle of subsipmale-nasion-supramental(ANB)in the group Ⅰ were greater than those in the group Ⅱ(P<0.05).The scores of White Esthetic Score(WES)and Pink Esthetic Score(PES)in the groupⅠwere higher than those in the group Ⅱ,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion The total anatomical multi-layer zirconia crown and 3D printed zirconia ceramic crown based on intraoral digital impression technology can achieve ideal curative effect in the restoration of maxillary single anterior teeth,but the former can effectively guarantee the prognosis of patients compared with the latter,while the latter has higher aesthetic appeal than the former.
