Efficacy and safety of Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis granules in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis granules in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods A total of 200 children with FD admitted in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled as the study objects.The children were randomly divided into routine group(100 cases,treated with Bacillus licheniformis granules)and observation group(100 cases,treated with Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis granules).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidences of abnormal gastric electrical rhythm before and after meals in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Peptostreptococcus in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the number of Enterococcus,Enterobacter and yeast-like fungi were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yang'er granules combined with Bacillus licheniformis granules has significant effect and high safety in the treatment of children with FD.
