Effect of Jianpi Yuwei decoction on peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome and its influences on ulcer healing quality and growth factor level
Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Yuwei decoction on peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome and its influences on ulcer healing quality and growth factor level.Methods A total of 90 patients with peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome admitted from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yuwei decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were compared Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of ulcer healing in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Y uwei decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the ulcer healing quality and the level of growth factors,which is worthy of popularization and application.
