Application effect of health education based on KABP model in inpatients with schizophrenic
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on knowledge-attitude-belief-practice(KABP)model in inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 104 patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind random method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine psychiatric nursing,and the observation group carried out health education based on KABP model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of Insight and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaire(ITAQ)in the two groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on KABP model can effectively improve the insight,social function and nursing satisfaction of inpatients with schizophrenia.
