创新型图文健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者自我管理能力的影响

目的 探讨创新型图文健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取2018 年1月至 12 月我院骨科收治的 160 例骨质疏松性骨折住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各80 例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取创新型图文健康教育。比较两组的自我管理能力、生活自理能力、疾病基本知识掌握情况及再次骨折发生情况。结果 观察组的健康自我管理行为、健康自我管理认知、健康自我管理环境评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组的生活自理能力明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组的骨质疏松症危险因素、运动知识、钙知识评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0。05)。出院后随访6 个月,观察组发生再次骨折2例(2。50%),对照组发生再次骨折5例(6。25%),观察组的再次骨折发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 创新型图文健康教育能提高骨质疏松性骨折患者的自我管理能力、生活自理能力、疾病相关知识掌握程度,降低再次骨折的发生率,值得临床应用和推广。
Effect of innovative graphic health education on self-management ability of patients with osteoporotic fracture
Objective To explore the effect of innovative graphic health education on self-management ability of patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods A total of 160 patients with osteoporotic fracture admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given innovative graphic health education on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability,self-care ability,basic knowledge of disease and the occurrence of re-fracture of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of health self-management behavior,health self-management cognition and health self-management environment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of osteoporosis risk factors,exercise knowledge and calcium knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up after discharge,there were 2 cases(2.50%)of re-fracture in the observation group and 5 cases(6.25%)in the control group,the incidence of re-fracture in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Innovative graphic health education can improve the self-management ability,self-care ability,disease-related knowledge of patients with osteoporotic fracture,and reduce the incidence of re-fracture.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
