Application effect of stratified nursing based on GBS score combined with phased health education in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To explore the application effect of stratified nursing based on Glasgow-Blatchford Score(GBS)combined with phased health education in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 120 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(60 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases, stratified nursing based on GBS score combined with phased health education). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the cognitive score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing based on GBS score combined with phased health education can shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization time of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, improve cognition, compliance and satisfaction, and reduce negative emotions, which is worthy of promotion.
