Effects of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on self-efficacy and self-management ability of female infertility patients
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on self-efficacy and self-management ability of female infertility patients.Methods A total of 100 female infertility patients admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of medication compliance,reasonable diet,adherence to exercise and on-time examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization on Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on family empowerment combined with mindfulness decompression therapy can not only improve the self-efficacy and psychological state of female infertility patients,but also improve their self-management ability and quality of life.
