Effects of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with auricular point sticking on sleep quality and disease perception pressure in patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis
Objective To investigate the effects of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with auricular point sticking on sleep quality and disease perception pressure in patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 160 patients with uremia maintenance hemodialysis admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with auricular point sticking nursing on the basis of the control group. The sleep quality, negative emotion, disease perception pressure and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with auricular point sticking can not only promotion the sleep quality of uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients, but also reduce the disease perception pressure and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
