Effects of nursing intervention based on health behavior integration theory on health behavior and self-efficacy of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on health behavior integration theory on health behavior and self-efficacy of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on health behavior integration theory on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of health awareness, health attitude and health behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on health behavior integration theory can improve the health behavior and self-efficacy of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, effectively control the disease and reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion.
