Application effect of problem-oriented combined with empathy nursing intervention in preoperative visit of interventional therapy for liver cancer
Objective To explore the application of problem-oriented combined with empathy nursing intervention in preoperative visit of interventional therapy for liver cancer,and to provide reference for improving the quality of preoperative visit.Methods A total of 86 patients with interventional therapy for liver cancer admitted from December 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the differences of nursing plans,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing before operation,and the observation group received problem-oriented and empathy nursing intervention on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Herth Hope Index(HHI)and surgical compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and sleep quality were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of visit in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 88.37%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented combined with empathy nursing intervention can further elevate the patients'hope level,surgical compliance,visit satisfaction,improve their sleep quality and bad mood in the preoperative visit of interventional therapy for liver cancer,and play a positive role in promoting the operation and disease rehabilitation of patients.
