Application effect of CP combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training of residents in cardiovascular medicine department
Objective To explore the application effect and significance of clinical pathway(CP)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in standardized training of residents in cardiovascular medicine department.Methods From January to December 2022,40 residents who rotated in the cardiovascular medicine department of Xi'an No.9 Hospital were selected as the research objects,and the residents were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 20 in each group.The control group was treated with LBL teaching method,and the experimental group was treated with CP combined with PBL teaching method.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and skill test scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of stimulating learning interest,improve self-learning ability,exercise thinking ability,improve analysis and problem-solving ability,and improve teamwork ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CP combined with PBL teaching method in standardized training of residents in cardiovascular medicine department has better application effect,which can significantly improve the examination results of residents,help to stimulate learning interest and improve self-learning ability,etc.and provide reference for clinical teaching of other disciplines.
