Effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease and its influences on ventricular remodeling indexes and exercise tolerance
Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease admitted from April 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptides(NT-proBNP),homocysteine(Hcy)and cardiac troponin I(cTnI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the isovolumic contraction time(ICT)and isovolumic relaxation time(IRT)in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the ejection time(ET)was longer than that in the control group,and the myocardial performance index(MPI)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 min walking distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the peak oxygen consumption(PVO2)and stroke oxygen consumption were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease,which can effectively reduce the levels of myocardial injury markers,improve ventricular remodeling and exercise tolerance.
