Effect of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide in the treatment of ischemic stroke and its influences on the levels of nerve factors
Objective To investigate the effect of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide in the treatment of ischemic stroke and its influences on the levels of nerve factors.Methods A total of 90 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide,and the observation group was treated with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and vertebral artery(VA)in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide can improve the cerebral blood flow state and nerve factors levels of patients with ischemic stroke,promote the recovery of nerve function,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
