Effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on vascular endothelial function and hemorheology in patients with gestational hypertension
Objective To investigate the effects of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate on vascular endothelial function and hemorheology in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 90 patients with gestational hypertension admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the high blood viscosity(HBV),low blood viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV),fibrinogen(FIB)level and red cell rigidity index(HGX)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the endothelin-1(ET-1)level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the nitric oxide(NO)level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 8.89%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension,which can reduce blood pressure,regulate hemorheology,improve vascular endothelial function,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
