Clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type.Methods From January 2022 to May 2023,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type admitted in the anorectal department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups underwent internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoids resection for mixed hemorrhoids under low-dose spinal anesthesia,the treatment group was given oral hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription after operation,and the control group was blank control.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)between the two groups before and 5 d after operation(P>0.05).The bleeding score on the 3rd and 5th day after operation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the bleeding stop time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd and 5th day after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type has clear curative effect.It can not only effectively relieve early postoperative anal pain,but also reduce the amount of bleeding and promote rapid recovery of wound.
