Effects of psychological nursing intervention based on stress system theory combined with free position for labor on childbirth self-control and self-efficacy of painless delivery women
Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing intervention based on stress system theory combined with free position for labor on childbirth self-control and self-efficacy of painless delivery women. Methods A total of 200 cases of painless delivery women received in our hospital from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received psychological nursing intervention based on stress system theory combined with free position for labor on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The Labour Agentry Scale(LAS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after delivery, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After delivery, the scores of outcome expectation and expected efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention based on stress system theory combined with free position for labor can improve the childbirth self-control and self-efficacy of painless delivery women, relieve labor pain, improve the rate of natural delivery, and ameliorate maternal and infant outcomes.
