Effect of programmed analgesia and sedation program led by ICU nurses combined with predictive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with multiple injuries in ICU
Objective To explore the effect of programmed analgesia and sedation program led by ICU nurses combined with predictive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with multiple injuries in ICU.Methods A total of 70 patients with multiple injuries in ICU admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of treatment time on admission, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group was given programmed analgesia and sedation program led by ICU nurses combined with predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the nursing program of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay time, catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of adrenocorticotrophic hormone(ACTH),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The programmed analgesia and sedation program led by ICU nurses combined with predictive nursing intervention can reduce the pain response of patients with multiple injuries in ICU and promote rehabilitation, which is worthy of promotion.
