Effects of nursing intervention guided by Neuman theory combined with positive emotion management on postoperative emotional state and complication rate of patients with hysteromyomectomy
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention guided by Neuman theory combined with positive emotional management on postoperative emotional state and complication rate of patients with hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given nursing intervention guided by Neuman theory combined with positive emotion management on the basis of the control group.The emotional state score,quality of life score and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and negative emotions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the score of positive emotions was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention guided by Neuman theory combined with positive emotional management can not only improve the postoperative emotional state of patients with hysteromyomectomy,reduce the incidence of complications,but also improve the postoperative quality of life of patients.
