Effects of cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with predictive nursing strategy on rehabilitation process and respiratory mechanics indexes of neonatal pneumonia
Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with predictive nursing strategy in neonatal pneumonia. Methods A total of 68 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted in our department from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with predictive nursing strategy. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cough relief time, dyspnea disappearance time, wheezing sound disappearance time, phlegm sound disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing based on evidence-based theory combined with predictive nursing strategy can accelerate the rehabilitation process of neonatal pneumonia, improve respiratory mechanics indexes, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members, which is worthy of promotion.
