Effects of role substitution health education combined with positive psychological intervention on childbirth fear and health literacy of primiparas
Objective To explore the effects of role substitution health education combined with positive psychological intervention on childbirth fear and health literacy of primiparas.Methods A total of 80 primiparas admitted from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received role substitution health education combined with positive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Childbirth Attitudes Questionnaires(CAQ)and Fear Visual Analogue Scale(FAVS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of health literacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Role substitution health education combined with positive psychological intervention can alleviate the fear of childbirth,increase health literacy and improve the outcome of childbirth,which is worthy of promotion.
