Effects of DOHaD concept-oriented dietary nursing combined with focused solution model on dietary behavior and fear of disease progression in patients with Hp infected peptic ulcer
Objective To investigate the effects of developmental origins of health and disease(DOHaD)concept-oriented dietary nursing combined with focused solution model on dietary behavior and fear of disease progression in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected peptic ulcer. Methods From January 2022 to February 2023,100 patients with Hp infected peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with DOHaD concept-oriented dietary nursing combined with focused solution model on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of dietary knowledge, dietary plan and dietary compliance between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the scores of dietary knowledge, dietary plan and dietary compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of each dimension of the Fear of Progression Questionnaire(FoP-Q)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the FoP-Q scores of each dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The DOHaD concept-oriented dietary nursing combined with focused solution model can improve the dietary behavior of patients with Hp infected peptic ulcer, reduce the fear of disease progression, and diminish the incidence of gastroin-testinal symptoms.
