Application value of clinical pharmacists participating in the whole doctor's advice audit management in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period of clean surgery
Objective To analyze the application value of clinical pharmacists participating in the whole doctor's advice audit management in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period of clean surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with clean surgery received in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,the patients were divided into control group(100 cases,routine antibacterial drug management)and observation group(100 cases,clinical pharmacists participated in the whole doctor's advice audit management).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total utilization rate of antibiotics of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rational use rates of variety selection,administration time,dosage,course of treatment and combined medication of antibiotics of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work attitude,management skills,antimicrobial use process execution and antimicrobial management norms of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pharmacists participating in the whole doctor's advice audit management applied in the management in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period of clean surgery can reduce the rate of prophylactic use of antibiotics,reduce the kinds of antibiotics used,and improve the rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics and patients satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
